Tristan and Holly Montgomery

EXECUTIVE PASTOR

As the Executive Pastor, Pastor Tristan oversees church operations, supports our Lead Pastor, and leads the staff and congregation to be fully committed to our vision, values, and mission. His wife Holly sings with our worship team and is a teacher with our Special Needs kids ministry. Pastor Tristan is also a Discipleship Circle coach.

Leighton and Tori Stacey

ASSOCIATE PASTOR & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CHURCH ADMINISTRATIONS

As an Associate Pastor, Pastor Leighton ensures that our guests, members and Difference Makers feel welcome, valued and seen. He is also part of our Next Steps leadership team, training up new Difference Makers! As our Executive Director of Church Administrations, his wife Tori oversees the operations of church staff and congregation. She is also our Kids Life Director where she leads a team of Difference Makers who are committed to creating a safe environment where kids can find Jesus and draw closer to Him. They both are facilitators of a Discipleship Circle as well as coaches.

Chris Wirth

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

As an Associate Pastor, Pastor Chris manages our Pursue Life School of Ministry where he also teaches. He is also a part of our Next Steps leadership team, training up new Difference Makers! Pastor Chris both facilitates and coaches a Discipleship Circle.

Brian and Autumn Simmons

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

As an Associate Pastor, Pastor Brian leads our worship team. His wife Autumn is the leader of our First Responders team and serves with our Youth Life Ministry and Kids Life Ministry. Pastor Brian also facilitates a Discipleship Circle.

Judy Birmann

DIRECTOR OF HOPE FOR THE HOMELESS

Judy Birmann truly has a heart for the homeless community in our area and is often spending her free time serving those at the Alfred-Washburn Homeless Center. She leads our Homeless Outreach team which serves at the AWC the first Saturday of every month. She coordinates supply drives and other events while continuously looking for ways our church can be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in our surrounding community.

Drew and Crystal Waters

WOMEN’S MINISTRY

Crystal Waters leads our Pursue Life Women’s Ministry. She coordinates events and activities where women can fellowship and grow together in community! In addition to planning activities, she supports the women of PLC by offering prayer, as well as giving spiritual and practical guidance when they may be facing life’s difficulties. Her husband, Drew is on our Board of Elders.
